We certify this bunk bed model has been tested by an independent laboratory and is in compliance with ASTM F-1427 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bunk Beds and the Government Code of Federal Regulations 1213 and 1513.
- Return Policy 1.In general product returns are not allowed because the cost of freight is prohibitively expensive. 2.Merchandise refused for any reason requires written return authorization from Atlantic Furniture prior to being returned to our warehouse. 3.Product refused for damage noted at the time of delivery and marked on the bill of lading will be replaced free of charge along with the freight costs associated with sending the replacement. 4.Concealed damage noted after delivery (not marked on the bill of lading) will be replaced free of charge, but the freight costs associated with sending the replacement item will be charged.
- Cancellation Policy 1.Once an order is issued it is extremely difficult for us to cancel the shipment process and as such we discourage order cancellations. 2.Orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to shipment will incur outbound and inbound freight charges. Returned product will be refunded less freight charges.
